1 通信问题，搬进新办公室，打印机网络信息不匹配导致无法打印扫描，从打印机获取网络信息，改变新办公室的网络来适配旧的打印机以及终端的网络设定，这样影响最小，改动最小，避免终端重新安装驱动程序和设置打印机

2 、通信问题，从打印机获取网络信息，按照常规设置方法，安装驱动，因为通信信息改变，打印机自身并不会改变去适配新的网络环境，HP smart也不够smart ,所以需要人工手动干预，同时遵循用户使用方法和习惯。重新安装Smart 应用程序，让专业人员也傻瓜化操作，等待足够的时间解决问题

3、通信问题，线缆老化，交换机级联频频闪断重连，日志可查看，终端现象是显示无法获取到IP地址
