施乐75系列机型“定影系统错误”解决方法
机型：施乐7535/7545/7556系列
问题描述：屏幕显示“定影系统错误”；
故障分析：
当机器出现“定影系统错误”，通常有以下几种情况：
一，电机故障。
二，马达驱动板故障。
三，MCU电路板故障。
四，定影器故障（310-330）。
五，外部电压故障。
解决办法：
首先,核对定影器的电压和当前使用电压是否匹配。220V的机器无需使用变压器，110V的机器必须使用变压器，此外，当外部电压不稳定的时候，也会显示“定影系统故障”；
其次,开机时通过声音辨别左侧定影器部位转到是否正常，如无声音或有异响则为电机故障，需要取下定影器，并转动定影器两侧齿轮是否阻力正常，辨别齿轮是否损坏，如有损坏，则需要进行齿轮更换或清洁，添加齿轮油等使负荷正常。
如无损坏，则有可能是定影膜转动阻力偏大所致，需要取下定影膜做整体清洁。注意清洁时轻拿轻放，建议使用眼镜布之类做清洁，可适量使用酒精，
最后，定影器属于机器的重要部件，建议在专业人员的指导下进行。
