To transfer incoming call to other extension
a. Press the “ √ ” key
b. Press the extension number
c. Then hang up
To transfer incoming call to external number
a. Press the “ √ ” key
b. Press “0” and any external number
c. Press “►” to select “ transfer? ”
d. Press “ √ ”
Pick up same group phone
- Press the “ √ ” key
- Then hang up
To forward all calls to mobile ( when you are not in office )
a. *11 + 0 + Mobile Phone No. (just press # 1 to cancel transfer)
b. Press “ √ “
